The mission of Status Code 4 Inc. (SC4i) is to help First Responders and their family members find healing, purpose and hope through trauma counseling, mental wellness education and resources, and career transition support.

Why "Status Code 4"?
When dispatch hasn't heard from a unit, they ask, "What's your status?" If everything is all right, the answer is "Code 4." Our goal is to help every First Responder we serve get back to Code 4.
