Give Through Your Donor-Advised Fund

If you have a donor-advised fund (DAF), you can recommend a grant to Status Code 4, Inc. (SC4i) in just a few minutes.

Your DAF grant helps provide free, confidential counseling, training, and support to First Responders and their families across Colorado.

Colorado lost 597 First Responders to suicide between 2004 and 2024 (Colorado Violent Death Reporting System). A $550 grant pays for 10 free counseling sessions for a First Responder or family member. $5,500 pays for 100.

Ways to give

1. Give online with DAFpay. This works with many donor-advised funds. Click the button and choose DAFpay from the payment options. The DAF process then opens in a pop‑up where they log in to their DAF provider and submit the grant request.

2. Give through DAF Direct. Available for Fidelity Charitable, DAFgiving360, and BNY Mellon funds. It's free and takes about two minutes.

3. Use your fund's own website. If your fund is with Pikes Peak Community Foundation, another community foundation, or any other sponsor, log in, search for Status Code 4, Inc. or our EIN, 81-5410252, and recommend your DAF grant. Your financial advisor can also do this for you.

What to enter on your grant:
Legal name: Status Code 4, Inc.
EIN: 81-5410252
Address: 5585 Erindale Drive, Suite 107, Colorado Springs, CO 80918

A DAF grant can arrive with only the fund's name on it. Please include your name, address, and email so we can thank you personally.

Good to know:

Because of tax rules, a DAF grant generally can't pay for anything you receive in return, such as event tickets or sponsorship benefits.

Status Code 4, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for DAF grants.
